Google Chrome impacting auto-complete in EasyRx
We’ve had more and more reports of auto-complete issues reported from the field. For example, the incorrect information entered on the external patient ID in patient information and on the iTero Case Order ID on the iTero integration. After research, we’ve realized the overwhelming majority of customers reporting the issue are running Google Chrome. EasyRx Updated - SureSmile and EBR changes posted
We posted several changes to EasyRx 3D and Optimize to improve our support of SureSmile files. We posted a couple changes last night -We fixed a bug with the new Favorites feature where date ranges like "Last 30 Days" did not include the correct days -We fixed a bug which allowed cases to be submitted to the Universal Library of Parts and Appliances. SureSmile Files with Attachments
We're hearing more and more reports of issues with SureSmile files with attachments, with attachments being removed. We've seen the attachments removed in these scenarios: 1 Removed with Optimize runs 2. Optimize performance recently.
You may have noticed a spike in the time it is taking for STL files to Optimize once uploaded. Recently, we've seen a significant increase in the number of STL files uploaded to EasyRx -- especially large batches of STL files being uploaded at once -- most likely for clear aligner workflow. For example, we may see 50 or 100 STL files uploaded in a few seconds. It is perfectly fine customers are doing this; we need to handle it better. The core issue is Optimize works on a first in / first out

Invisable Retainer with Window?
I have a Doctors office that would like an Invisable Retainer with a hole on the lingual of the UL6 to allow the tooth to "Drift In" I was thinking I found a solution to notate this in the Appliance Library with the newly added " Motion Essix" but its not exactly what im looking for. Does anyone have a different name I can search under? Or any ideas how I can make a Template for this doctor weh they can denote windows on an Invisible retainer also where they cam move the hole/ window to any tooth

We recently started the rather large project to migrate the EasyRx UR from www.easyrxortho.com to www.easyrxcloud.com. We're moving to www.easyrxcloud.com to make it easier to expand to other markets and international. We included cloud since EasyRx is a 100% web application with no local software to install. We really wanted www.easyrx.com, but a pharma company owns that URL and wanted too much money to acquire it. Our public website is now www.easyrxcloud.com and all of our email addresses

3D Printed Resin Model Dropdownbox
I was wondering about the 3D Printed Resin Models Drop down box and how other easyrx users use it? If Doctor wants Upper and Lower 3D Printed models do I have to make one of the drop downs "Upper and Lower 3D Printed Models" and double the price since it is really 2 models, Or do I just have "3D Printed Model" and have them click the "add a second set" check box? The reason I ask is that I want to track how many arches I print in the "Stats" area but If I have "Upper and Lower 3D Printed Models"

Attention Cloud 9 Customers
Great news for Cloud 9 customers. Cloud 9 version 5.2 SP1, which is now in beta, now supports launching EasyRx from Cloud 9 AND logging into EasyRx. This will really help simplify the workflow. Attention SureSmile Users
We've seen a increase in the number of SureSmile Scans uploaded to EasyRx 3D. We're finding many customers wish to use the EasyRx 3D Label Feature to label these models. In the August 24 update, we made a few changes to the EasyRx Optimize process to better handle these SureSmile Files: If EasyRx Optimize finds the SureSmile STL is compatible with EasyRx 3D, the Optimized process will execute and leave the SureSmile base on the file. EasyRx and Perfactory Integration
Recently we released the integration with EnvisionTEC's Perfactory software, to simplify 3D printer workflow. The integration requires Perfactory version 3.2. v3.2 is not publicly available yet. Direct to “Edit Rx” after save written check in?
Is there a way to go directly to “Edit Rx” after clicking “Check-in Prescription” during the Written check in process? Just wondering because I tend to go straight to “Edit Rx” anyway it would save me a few clicks when checking in a case. Maybe a second button that says “ Check-in and Edit RX”? Thanks
Compact Bonded RPE
I have looked for this but cant seem to find it in the parts/Appliance list. Its a 2 arm RPE that is Bonded, Like a Bonded 4 arm RPE but with a 2 arm RPE. Maybe im not using the right search terms? It would look something like the picture I attached Thanks
