iTero "Exporting to Doctor Site" issues
Attention iTero users. We've seen an increase where scans returning "Exporting to Doctor Site" for an extended period of time, and the scans not attaching to EasyRx. We reached out to iTero and they suggested creating a new Rx for the same patient, for the same scan, from the iTero scanner. This seems to address the problem. Here are a couple of screens shots.
