EasyRx is implementing a new phone system today, named 3CX.  The 3CX phone systems offers more flexibility and features than our prior system. Also, this is continued work to integrate Jenmar, which we acquired back in July, into EasyRx.  EasyRx and Jenmar now use the same phone system.   The EasyRx 888 number remains the same, 888.340.3751.

You’ll notice the greeting references EasyRx and Jenmar, once you choose the appropriate option, you’ll connect to the same folks you’ve always worked with.  

You can expect a few “glitches” as we transition, but we’re confident the 3CX phone system will improve the overall experience.
