Welcome to the revamped EasyRx Help Center

We have revamped our Help Center to make it easier to get information on EasyRx.

The new Help Center includes:

  • Collection of Knowledge Base articles
  • A forum where you can post questions and get feedback
  • You can submit a support ticket, which flows into the EasyRx support tracking system. 
  • You can view your support ticket history.
We have also expanded our Support Contact options to include:

  • Phone - 1.888.340.3751
  • SMS Text  - we've text enabled our main phone line, you can now text 1.888.340.3751
  • Email - email us at support@easyrxortho.com
  • Chat - We now support Support Chat.
