Chat feature built into EasyRx auto-filling browser
The chat feature that you can use to reach out to our Support team will autocomplete email addresses like many other web features, so please make sure if what it autocompletes to at first is the correct email to get back in touch with you.
We had an internal discussion with the team where we talked about double-checking during the chat to make sure that this info is correct to limit the risk of an email being filled out automatically that is not your email so that we don't try to follow up to that email after the chat since that's the email that it will put in the support ticket that is generated.
