Customer Portal BillTrust Pay

This walkthrough will show how to access the BillTrust platform through your NDX Customer Portal. This will facilitate paying your NDX invoices, and should give you transparency into what is owed at any given time.

First, login to your customer portal, and navigate to the "billtrust" icon on the top left, above where your active Rxs are displayed. Then click "View Bills & Pay" next to your BillTrust account.

This page should let customers see their outstanding balance and pay invoices
