How to update my billing information / payment for EasyRx

Labs and Practice accounts can easily update their existing payment information inside their EasyRx account by following these simple steps:

Step 1- Login to your EasyRx account using your administrative/main login. You may be unable to follow the next steps if you login under a clinician or other User Account..

** If you do not know your main/administrative login username, please email info@easyrxortho.com or call us at 1-888-340-3751. Please include your lab or practice name and main office address available so we can research it.

Step 2 - Click the top-right drop-down menu as seen below and select [Billing Information]

Step 3 - On the Billing Information page, make sure you are under the sub-menu [Preferences]; you have a couple of options on this page:
-If you just need to update the existing expiration date on the card you already have on file, find the [Edit Expiration] button toward the bottom right of the page.

-If you need to change to a new credit or debit card, select the [Bill me using a different card] option.

Note: EasyRx does not currently support split-payments or bank drafts. Please use any major credit or debit card type (American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Discover).

Important note: EasyRx uses Stripe payment integration to help secure your payment information. As part of our effort to stay PCI compliant, EasyRx does not accept credit card information by phone or email. For more information on Stripe and how your information is protected, please visit their website: https://stripe.com/docs/security

Step 4 - If using a new card, you will click the [Bill me using a different card] option. Enter your new card information then be sure to click [Change Card] as show below. That's it! Moving forward EasyRx will automatically bill your new card. You may come back and edit the expiration or change to a new card at anytime from your account! If you have more than 1 card on file, you will have the option to delete/remove an existing card.
