If you still have trouble with editing lower scans that have run only through the ABR Command Center service, can you try this instead of the EasyModelTrim path where you draw in the dots?

This video shows you our EasyBase tool which we found helps with this, but let us know if it gives you any trouble and we are happy to connect and take a look.

This is a newer feature of ours that should be faster than drawing the trim points, and you can angle the base so that you have the option to keep/get rid of whatever area they want as long as it lies below the flat plane cut that this will make.
