2020-05 May Updates


Below is a summary of the enhancements and bug fixes found in May 2020 updates of VisualDLP




Improved My User Settings.  Now you can disable QZTray direct printing support, test your connection to QZTray, and refresh the printer list available to VisualDLP from the Settings/My User Setting menu.  






Bug fix - Complaint Log display issue.  Records were showing up at the bottom of the screen requiring the user to scroll down to see them.



Bug fix - Account Note Search not returning values when searching from the Dashboard.




Bug fix - Running Total in Account Transaction tab not displaying correctly.  Not handling credit balances.





Bug fix - Fixed Display Issue on Product Tag-a-longs. Duplicate products showing





Warning when a case pan in already in use in the lab.
Now you'll be warned if an open order is using the same Case Pan you added to the order you are entering.

Add Payment from Account Financial Page
Now you can enter a payment for an account right from the Account Financial page. You'll find this under Things You Can Do on the account page.





Track Internal Remakes and Remove Scanned Units from Technicians
If you want to re-open a completed Activity in an Order to be re-scanned and track the reason, you can now do this from the Order Schedule Overview tab





Hide employee pay rate unless user has permission to view it.
Hide sensitive information using the User Group module Global Settings





Bug fix - Incorrect Units on Schedule when two workflows share the same task and it's marked a "Done Once Per Order"


Bug fix - Unable to remove Default Account Discount
Fixed issue on Account Settings the prevent removing the default Account Discount.
