October 16, 2017 - Update Notes
Since we rolled out the big September update, we've made a few refinements and fixed a few issues reported from the field. They are listed below
  • In House labs can now create and edit templates using their customized EasyRx Parts and Appliance List
  • You can now add tags to templates.  For example, you may create a Invisalign template and tag the template Invisalign for easier Invisalign tracking. To learn more about "Tags" and how they work, check out this KB here

  • We fixed a bug on the practice Dashboard where lab created prescriptions did not show unless the [All] date filter was chosen
  • For Per Script and Standard Practice logins, the Account Settings menu options now show in blue, indicating they are clickable
  • We fixed an issue where duplicate Categories displayed for new In-house lab customers
  • We fixed an issue where changing the date range on the Dashboard did not refresh the data
  • We fixed an issue where the Date Needed date did not format properly in Safari, causing issues on checkout
  • We fixed an issue where the green Date Needed date did not update when a new lab was selected for the prescription

3D Edit Changes:
  • For lab logins, EasyFS now displays files by patients, in addition to by prescription, under the Recent Menu option.  The Recent list shows the last 21 days of files
  • Labels can be placed on saved EasyRx based files. If you forget to add a label to a base, save and exit 3D, you can now open and add the label to the file.
  • We fixed an issue where, on some STL files, adding a label removed part of the model
  • Trim points no longer show when opening a file based in EasyRx 3D
  • We've made several changes to support Optimizing and basing STL files from SureSmile
  • We fixed an issue where SureSmile files would base with a deep angled base.
  • We fixed an issue adding hollow bases to certain iTero scans
  • We fixed an issue where Optimizing a STL file from a Prescription, the word "Scrubbed" was added to the file name
  • We introduced a wider panel on the file list in patient information
  • We fixed an issue with the 3D Viewer, causing it to not open properly
