Enclosures List - Configuration and Usage

VisualDLP includes a comprehensive list of items that can be added as an Enclosure to an Order. Added enclosures can be included on Work Tickets. 
The system default list is not editable.  However, custom items can be added and deleted.

Configuration

From Launch Pad, access Order Management -> Orders -> Shipping/Receiving -> select Enclosure List Tab

Add a custom Enclosure:

  1. To add a new Enclosure item to VisualDLP, click on the Add New Enclosure button
  2. Type the name of the Enclosure item as you would like it to appear on an Invoice. 
Upon being added, a custom Enclosure item will be added to the bottom of the list.  Upon refreshing the browser or Enclosure List tab, it will be ordered alphabetically with all items. A custom Enclosure will be underlined to differentiate it from system items. 

Delete a custom Enclosure::

  1. To delete an Enclosure item from VisualDLP, locate the item on the Enclosure list.
  2. Click the menu to access the Delete button.
  3. Click Delete.




Usage

Adding an Enclosure to an Order

The following steps will instruct you how to add an enclosure to an order: 

From VisualDLP Launch Pad, access Order Management -> Orders -> Order Entry -> Create or Select an Order 
  1. Click the ThingsYouCanDo button
  2. Click the to Enter Order Enclosures or tap Alt-N keys on the keyboard.
  3. Scroll to view the list or type a key word in the Filter Enclosures field to locate the needed Enclosure.
  4. Click the   or   buttons to decrease or increase the number of Enclosures for each item.
  5. Type any special instructions or notes in the Comment field. 
  6. Click the  SAVE  button to add the enclosure to the Order.
