Refreshing Scan List in EasyRx

Refreshing Scan List in EasyRx

Notes
This quick walkthrough will show you how to reach out to your scanner website that stores your cases and fetch the latest scans (scroll down for screenshot if you already have your scanner integration set up).

This does not only apply to iTero; this Check for Recent Scans button should be there for all the scanners that we integrate with (3Disc, AlliedStar, Dexis, and Medit).

On the bottom left-hand of your Dashboard should be the scanner tab to see your Recent Scans made available from your scanners cloud storage (once you have set up that integration which can all be found here: https://support.easyrxortho.com/portal/en/kb/articles/all-scanner-integration-links)

Once you have this set up, browsing ether to that tab on your Dashboard or at the bottom of an Rx will show you this window. To not slow down the site the list will only auto-refresh once every ~30 minutes, so you will want to click on this Check for Recent Scans button.

Once the scan has fully saved to the scanner's cloud storage, typically it only takes about 5 minutes for us to display it here, sometimes less.
