Retrying Failed or Stuck AI Attempts
Hello!
If your AI basing/bracket removal requests ever fail, we have introduced a retry button (an arrow going in a circle). If you ever need to completely retry a request, here is how to do this:
This short video (click Attachment up along the top) will show you how to download the Original STL file and reupload it to the Rx.
Please do let us know if this is something that you find yourself having to do more than once a day and we will report it and look into it so that you aren't faced with this extra step during your workflow.
