Below is a summary of the enhancements and bug fixes found in September 2020 updates of VisualDLP
September 8th update
EasyRx Integration released for beta. We have completed the integration of EasyRx and VisualDLP. In this release, you can invite your customers to sign up for EasyRx and begin submitting orders to your lab along with attached STL or Images.
Email Statements to Accounts. Now you can specify an email template in Global Settings that can be used to send a link for your accounts to download their monthly billing statement. Statements will be sent automatically when you generate statements at End of Month or anytime after on request, provided there is an email for statements set up in the account.
UPS Ready Ship enabled. VisualDLP has become a certified UPS Ready Ship partner. Now you can ship packages, send return labels, and track shipment directly from the Order management After you register your UPS shipper number and credentials, you will have access to the shipping and tracking services from UPS.com
Doctor and Account search on order entry improvements. If you don't find the doctor you are looking for at Order Entry, you can use the look up feature to search both doctor and account names using the text you entered. In addition, there is now a doctor search key on the doctor record that can be used to search for doctors.
Link or Un-link Doctors to Accounts from the Account record. Now you don't have to navigate to the doctor record to link to a billing account. You can do this from the account or even add a new doctor from the account.

User Defined Payment Types. Now each lab can define their own payment types.
Alert on Order Entry when the doctor you entered has more than one billing account linked.
Export Account list with default email, business phone number, and default address. Data can be exported in Excel or CSV file.
Disable Print Queue when invoicing. If you are not printing invoicing from the print queue, you can disable it to speed up invoicing.
Bug Fix Eliminated screen refresh on Order scheduling and invoicing.
Bug Fix Improved response time in Fee Schedule loading for Doctor/Account
Bug Fix Fixed bug in Sales Tax Summary and Detail report when a negative unit price was entered creating negative tax
