Setting Up 3Shape Integration

From the launch pad, go to global settings.  Move down on the left side to ‘Integration Settings’

Click ‘log in’ and this will bring you to the 3Shape login page.  Enter your 3Shape login information and click login 


Your VisualDLP account is connected now with your 3Shape account. You can see the status of the integration says ‘Connected’  




Using the 3Shape Integration

Go to ‘Order Management’  and create an order.

Move to the top right corner, we will click ‘things you can do’ and move down to ‘3Shape file look up’ 



This will default the look up to today's date. When you select a date range, the scans that were submitted during that range will show.
Search by patient and view the scans available for the patient. 



Select the scans you would like to attach to the order. Moving back to the order, we will go to ‘files’ on the top menu bar . You can see the files we selected are now attached to the order, along with the STL files 

From here you will move through your typical workflow in VisualDLP. 



Create Case from 3 Shape Scans


You can also create cases from your list of 3Shape Scans.  Go here to review a KB on using this feature:
