Setting Up Camera To Capture Images in the Orders
Go to Settings, then My User Settings. Under "Capture Image Settings", click on the "Refresh Camera List" button. From there select your camera from the "Select Active Camera Device" drop down. Afterwards, enter the Capture Resolution settings. Here are the common resolutions used. You can check with the camera's specifications to see what the maximum resolution available:
High Definition (HD) 1280 x 720
Full HD, FHD 1920 x 1080
2K, Quad HD, QHD 2560 x 1440
4K, Ultra HD 3840 x 2160

Setting Your Search Sensitivity
To set search sensitivity the first time, click the Magnifying Glass icon on the search bar. Then slide ithe slider all the way to the right to the most Sensitive Search setting then back to the left to the least.
Price List Changes and Existing Orders
If you make a change to a product price on a price list the existing orders that have the product will be invoiced out at the old price. Changes to prices do not change orders already entered into the system.
