Using EasyRx Pay as a Practice
Whether you have been using EasyRx to send rxs to a VisualDLP lab or were just invited, here is how easy it is to use EasyRx Pay to view and pay statements from your labs.
Practices invited to use EasyRx for EasyRx Pay:
You will have received an invitation email from your VisualDLP Lab inviting you to use EasyRx. The email will have a link to access https://app.easyrxortho.com/ to get to the login page where you will input your EasyRx login credentials provided in your invitation email.
Practices invited this way can use EasyRx to digitally submit and track Rxs sent to their lab(s) and/or access EasyRx Pay to view statements or make quick online payments. You can use the training link in your invitation email to schedule your complimentary online training with EasyRx to review digitally submitting and tracking cases.
Log into your EasyRx account to make a payment or check your statements through EasyRx Pay:
Click on your practice name at the top right corner (in blue) > then click My VisualDLP Labs:
From the next page, you can make a payment (Pay VDLP Lab), or view your statements (VisualDLP Statements):
From the Pay VDLP Lab pop-up, you can add/manage your card(s) and select the amount to pay:
From VisualDLP Statements, you can download your statements for your records:
