Printing: QZ TRAY - When printing to QZ Tray, message prompts to allow Jenmar to access it

QZ Tray is a Third Party software installed on each computer to manage some features related to printing from VisualDLP. It is not required, but allows printers, trays, and other settings to be specified for standard forms such as Work Tickets, Invoices and Statements.

Upon installation or a software update, you may be prompted to allow VisualDLP (Jenmar International) to access the print drivers managed by QZ Tray on that computer.

To grant permission, click on the Remember this Decision checkbox and then click the Allow button.

Note(s):
If you click Allow without clicking Remember this Decision, you will be prompted to grant access each time you attempt to print using QZ Tray.
If you click Block after clicking Remember this Decision, you will be blocked each time you attempt to print using QZ Tray.

If the prompt returns repeatedly after clicking Remember this Decision and Allow, it is possible that the certificate between VisualDLP and QZ Tray has been renewed or is about to expire.  Follow the instructions below to make sure your computer has the latest certificate and no blocked certificates from VisualDLP Jenmar International.
Note: We recommend logging out of VisualDLP, closing your browser and reloading it to assure the updated certificate settings are recognized.
