EasyRx adds support to mark Deciduous Teeth

We released support to mark Deciduous Teeth in the latest EasyRx Update. This is a often requested enhancement request. Working from the Prescription Workspace, click the tooth icon in the new side icon toolbar to open the Deciduous Teeth window.
- Click the appropriate circle to select or un-select a deciduous tooth

After deciduous teeth are marked, they are noted with a the D on the Prescription Workspace
