iTero Integration Update - September 1
Yesterday, we added additional servers to process the backlog of iTero scans. This morning, the iTero backlog is returning to normal operating levels. Hopefully, we return to more expected processing times today. Also, we continue to see several hundred scans in "Exporting to Doctor Site" status, which indicates the scan is not uploading from the iTero scanner to www.myitero.com.
