Clearing Your Web Browser Cache


Google Chrome Browser
  1. Press the button  (Circle with 3 dots in it )on the top right ,
  2. Select "More Tools" and then "Clear Browsing Data". 
  3. On the next screen, make sure Time Range - All is selected and press the "Clear Data" button. 
  4. Log out and back in VisualDLP.



Internet Explorer 11

  1. On the very right-hand side of the browser, select on the gear icon, also called the Tools > Safety > Delete browsing history.

  2. In the Delete Browsing History window that appears, un-check all options except the one labeled Temporary Internet files and website files.

  3. Log out and back in VisualDLP.









Firefox Web Browser

  1. Click the menu button Fx57Menu and select Options.
  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
  3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data…
