Email Statement and Invoice Password Set Up

To enhance security and protect your confidential information, we are implementing password protection for all statements and invoices.  To set this up, you will need to generate passwords for your Accounts and send them an e-mail with that password.

Go to Global Settings, then select Security Settings.  Here you can generate the passwords for all the Accounts set up for e-mailed Statements and Invoices by pressing the "Update Passwords" button.  Afterwards, you will need to e-mail the passwords to your Accounts by pressing the "Send E-mail" button. 


The e-mail the Accounts will receive will look like the following by default.  If you want to add any additional information in the e-mail, fill out Subject Line, Reply to Email Address, Body Email Text and Email Signature:


When the Account receives the Statement or Invoice, they will click on link which will open up a web browser page for them to enter their password:

The Account page also included the password information for the Accounts now:


If you need to see the Account's password, click on the Eyeball icon:

That will reveal the password:


If you need to generate a new password for the Account, press the spinning arrow icon:


**Please note that if multiple Accounts share the same email address, their Accounts will be synchronized to the same password**
