This walkthrough is to show you how to set your EasyRx 3D Autobasing feature to Automatic, and to have it recognize which Template was used on an Rx and then execute adding that matching base without you having to initiate that job on the Command Center.
If you do not have the Automated 3D Services on your EasyRx plan yet, please call 888 340 3751 and dial for Sales for more info.
There are three videos to accompany these steps in the attachments.
1) First you will want to go to your Command Center, and then at the top click the Manage Profiles tab. This will allow you to save a list of bases and services that you would like to run without having to select them every time that you want to process a scan.
2) Then, the Automated Profiles tab at the top will let you select your In-House Lab (or any other Lab that you are submitting to where you would like these to run), choose the Template that your staff is using to fill out the Rx design, and then choose from the corresponding AI Profiles that you set up.
3) Lastly, if you go to your Account Settings and then 3D AI Settings, you will be able to change the Processing Type from On Demand (where you would have to request each file) to Automatic (where it will recognize what base and services you need on a file to match the Appliance that you will be making).
