Adding Customer to BillTrust to Collect lnvoices

This walkthrough will show you how to quickly add a customer to BillTrust so that you can share and collect on invoices through the customer portal & LMS
Notes
First, browse to the Practice account in your Lab Portal system (if you need the login for this please ask your SME to provide this). lf you click view next to that Practice and then scroll down to the bottom you will be able to enter the BillTrust Account Number and Email address.

This will enable a view into the BillTrust system from the customer's end which is covered here:
