The VisualDLP Delivery Module

NOTE: To enable this feature, please contact Jenmar Support. 

Adding a Manifest

First, select a route from your list of routes, then click the “ADD” button.



This will create a delivery manifest for the route you selected. Next, enter the order number(s) and hit the Enter key to add the order number. You can enter more than one order for each delivery manifest created.

Click the save button once you have entered the order number(s)

**** Please note that orders you enter must be invoiced or they will not be added to the manifest



Viewing Manifest

Click on the Order number to view the delivery address/addresses



Click the Orders button to view the orders related to the delivery address


Once an order has been delivered, click the Change Status button.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Then, enter a delivery note and press Enter when complete. This will change the delivery status to ”Delivered”.

You can also change a “Delivered” status back to “Pending Delivery” by clicking the change status button


Edit/Delete a Manifest

Once you have saved the manifest, you can edit or delete it by clicking on the hamburger menu to the right of the manifest.



Editing will bring up a modal where you can add more orders or clear all the orders on the manifest.
