Enabling Practices to View and Pay VisualDLP Statements from EasyRx


EasyRx Pay for EasyRx Practice Accounts




EasyRx Pay is available for EasyRx practices that are connected to VisualDLP labs to quickly and easily submit payments through EasyRx.  Once you have EasyRx Pay set up, practices can see their VisualDLP statements and make payments from their EasyRx account.

Pre-requisites:

1. Integrated EasyRx with VisualDLP
2. EasyRx Pay account setup
3. Invite all your practices to use EasyRx so they can quickly and easily submit payments to your lab through the EasyRx Pay feature from their EasyRx account.

If you already integrated EasyRx with your VisualLDLP account, go to the next step.
If you have not integrated EasyRx with your VisualDLP account, go here to review how to get this going: 

2.   EasyRx Pay Account Setup

EasyRx Pay is integrated into the VisualDLP platform to allow Users to quickly and easily process payments directly from VisualDLP.   If you are already an EasyRx Pay customer, go to the next step

3. Inviting Practices to create an EasyRx account from VisualDLP.

For practices to view and pay statements, they need an EasyRx practice account, after you have set up your EasyRx Pay account from your VisualDLP platform, you can start inviting your practice accounts to use EasyRx for EasyRx Pay and/or submitting and tracking digital Rxs. 
Practices that you invite to use EasyRx do not have to submit prescriptions through EasyRx to your lab to be able to use EasyRx Pay; they can simply use their EasyRx account to make payments to your lab with EasyRx Pay. 

While logged into your VisualDLP platform, go to Order Management > Finance > Accounts > find the practice account and click on the account > EasyRx Account > Send (or Resend) Invitation:







This invitation email will include their login information for their EasyRx practice account.  EasyRx provides complimentary online training for the practices you invite and the link to schedule that training is also in the invitation email. Your practices do not have to use EasyRx to submit and track digital Rxs to your lab; they can simply use their EasyRx account to access EasyRx Pay to make payments to your lab and access their statements. 

NOTE: For practices already sending cases using EasyRx, they are ready to go to view statements, and submit payments. 

For Practices invited to use EasyRx for EasyRx Pay: 


They will have received an invitation email from your VisualDLP Lab inviting them to use EasyRx. The email will have a link to access https://app.easyrxortho.com/ to get to the login page where they will input their EasyRx login credentials provided in the invitation email. 

Practices invited this way can use EasyRx to digitally submit and track Rxs sent to their lab(s) and/or access EasyRx Pay to view statements or make quick online payments. They can use the training link in the invitation email to schedule their complimentary online training with EasyRx to review digitally submitting and tracking cases. 

The practice can then log into their EasyRx account to make a payment or check their statements through EasyRx Pay:

They'll click on their practice name at the top right corner (in blue) > then they'll click My VisualDLP Labs:




From the next page, they can make a payment (Pay VDLP Lab), or view their statements (VisualDLP Statements):




From the Pay VDLP Lab pop-up, they can add/manage their card(s) and select the amount to pay:




From VisualDLP Statements, they can download their statements for their records:
