Setting Up and Using EasyRx Pay

EasyRx Pay is integrated into the VisualDLP platform to allow Users to quickly and easily process payments directly from VisualDLP.

Enrollment Application Checklist

Before you begin, we recommend going through the check list attached at the end of this guide and gathering the information needed. With this information at hand, you can complete your application in about 5 minutes. This will help you move through the process faster.

Register For EasyRx Pay

Navigate to Global Settings, then click Credit Card Settings.

You can see EasyRx Pay in the top left.  

Click on ‘register’ to begin the registration process.

Enter your lab name, your name, and email.  

Once you submit, you will see an option for VisualDLP to pre-fill areas of the EasyRx Pay form with information that is already in VisualDLP.  

Optionally, you can enter the user whose information will be used to pre-fill the form. You are not required to assign a user. 

This has successfully registered you with EasyRx Pay.  

Next click the link provided. If you want to exit and come back to the set-up process, this link will be in your VisualDLP account for you when you come back.  

Enrollment Application

Next, enter the information from the checklist. Enter your business information, how you accept payments, signer information, and documents. Once you review the information, submit your information to Stax for processing.  

This will take up to an hour to process. Once complete, you will see the status of your application change from incomplete to active.  

If you click ‘view status’ you can see that the account has been approved.  

Processing Payments 

From your account, you can enter and save payment methods for clients.  

When processing a payment, you will select the account you want to bill, the payment method as credit card, the card that your client wants to pay with, and the amount to be billed.  

Once that information is entered, you will click ‘save’ and the payment will be processed.
