Guide to Setting Up Part Option Lookups
Part Option Lookups are useful tools that allow you to create a lookup list once and link it to multiple parts. When you make changes to the Part Option Lookups, those changes automatically apply to all the parts connected to them. Here's how to set them up:
Set Up
Go to the Configure menu and select Part Option Lookups.
Click on the "New Lookup" button to create a new lookup.
Enter a name for the lookup and choose the appropriate option type.
There are five option types available, depending on your needs. You can
add options such as Checkbox Group, Radio Buttons, Dropdown, Checkbox,
and even set pricing for each option type. Here are examples of each
option type:
Checkbox Group
Radio Buttons
Textbox
Drop-down
Checkbox

For this article, I'll set up a Part Option Lookup for Bite Occlusion and assign to a part to show the work.
Step 1 - Setup a Part Option Lookup for Bite Occlusion
Go to Configure and select Part Option Lookups.
Step 2 - Add the Part Option Lookup to the part.
Go to Configure - Parts, and find the Part needing a Part Option Lookup. Click Options to add options:
Click Create Part Option, add the Part Option.
The Visible Option Name is displayed to the user when creating the prescription.
For the Option Type, choose Lookup as the type. When Lookup is selected, your list of all of the Part Option Looks you have created is displayed. Choose the correct Part Option Lookup for this part:
Repeat on any part requiring Bite Occlusion as a Lookups
NOTES:
- There is no limit to the number of Part Option Lookups you can add to your system
- A Part can have multiple options linking to Part Option Lookups
