Price Lists - Export to CSV, PDF, or MS Excel

Price Lists - Export to CSV, PDF, or MS Excel

From Order Management -> Product Management -> click the Price Lists Menu option.

Repeat the following for each price list that you wish to export to a file.

  1. At the top of your targeted Price List's column, click the drop-down button to access the Price List Menu 
  2. Click to select the Edit in Grid menu option to open a window for that Price List
  3. At the top right of the Price List window, click the menu to access additional options.
  4. Click the Export Visible Data as ... and select the type of document you want to create.
  5. Change the default file name from "download.xls" to the name of the Price List you are exporting and browse to the directory to which you want to save it. 
Example: To generate a spreadsheet of the products and prices on a particular Price List, select Export Visible Data as Excel.
