Retrying Failed AI Attempts
Hello!
If your AI basing/bracket removal requests ever fail, the EasyRx Support team can see that same error message off to the right of the failed status and if you let us know that this is happening we can try to diagnose it based off of that and report it to the AI Development team that runs this tool and its algorithm.
This short video (click Attachment up along the top) will show you how to have a fresh attempt in the meantime, which could Complete on the 2nd or 3rd attempt since each attempt goes through it's own assessment and transformation, and it's also possible (although uncommon) that the service itself was temporarily at less than full capacity.
Please do let us know if this is something that you find yourself having to do more than once a day and we will report it and look into optimizing it for you so that you aren't faced with this extra step during your workflow.
