How to Change or Cancel Your EasyRx Plan

Looking to change or cancel your EasyRx Account? This article will walk you through the steps to change or cancel your account. If you have questions about your plan, please contact the EasyRx Team at sales@easyrxcloud.com or 1-888-340-3751
Change Plan
To upgrade or change your EasyRx Plan, you will move to 'Account Settings' in the top right drop down menu. 


Move down to 'Billing.' Here you can see your current plan, the cost of the plan, billing period, and the next billing date.
 
To change your current plan, click 'Change Plan' Here you can see the different EasyRx Plan options and their costs. Select the plan that is right for your practice click 'Change Plan'

Cancel Plan
If you wish to cancel your EasyRx account, no problem (except we will be a little disappointed). At any time you can cancel from the 'Change Plan' page. Cancellation is immediate and you only pay for the number of days you have used EasyRx in the current month.
