"I deleted an Rx and need it back. What do I do?"

Deleted prescriptions

If you've deleted an Rx and need it back, you can contact our Support (Phone: (888)340-3751 email: support@easyrxcloud.com) to restore the Rx within 60 days from deletion. Please provide us with the practice name, patient name, and Rx ID (if you have it).

Any files (.stl, .png, .jpg, etc.) that were included on the Rx will no longer be on the prescription, but will be available on the patient's EasyRx record. You can access this from Patients tab > search the patient's name in the search box > View.
