Setting up and using the Nexa 3D Printer integration with EasyRx

EasyRx and Nexa 3D Printer integration

3D Printer integrations only apply for practices that have EasyRx 3D-Standard and Premium subscriptions, or labs that have Standard+3D, Enterprise, or VisualDLP subscriptions.

Setting up the EasyRx and Nexa 3D integration:

1. From your dashboard, click on your practice name (in blue font), at the top-right corner > Click Account Settings > Click 3rd Party Integrations:

2. Scroll down to 3D Printers > Nexa 3D > then click the grey toggle to turn on the toggle:

3. A file will automatically download - the file might show on your browser or you can locate the file in your Downloads folder > double-click or Run the file to Install > follow the prompts, then Click Close:

Once the installation is complete, you are ready to start using the integration from your EasyRx account.

Using the Nexa 3D Printer integration from your EasyRx account

There are a couple of ways to use the Nexa 3D integration to pull ready-to-print (RTP) files from your EasyRx account over to Nexa 3D Printer software:

1. The best and most efficient way to pull RTP multiple files is from your STL Print List or 3D Command Center.  From these pages, you'll select the RTP files on the left, by selecting their checkbox, then click on the Nexa 3D icon at the top-right to send those files to your Nexa 3D software where you'll then position them as you wish and eventually send to print:

The 3D Command Center is only available to accounts that have added 3D AI software services to their subscription.

2. This option would be to pull single files from a patient record/chart in EasyRx.  Go to Patients > search/find your patient by typing patient's first and/or last name in the Search field > Click View on the far-right > (re-direct to patient EasyRx chart/record) Scroll down to all files > find the file you would like to print > Click on the Nexa 3D icon to the right of that file:

And that is how to set up and use your EasyRx and Nexa 3D Printer integration!
