Employee Interface (Technician Portal) - Login Requirements

Question: Does VisualDLP require an email address for each technician that needs to access the technician/employee portal? Can technicians be set up in the system with just a username and pass-code?

Answer: There is no need to invite technicians through email. You can simply login to VisualDLP; access the Order Management Module --> People --> Employees and add the technician as an employee, including their Pin code.

Once an Employee record is created, the technician can access the Employee Interface by clicking "Choose Employee" button, typing in their first or last name and entering their Pin.
