Missing PDF

VisualDLP – Statement Log and Missing PDF’s

After running End of Month Statements, best practice is to always check the statement log to ensure all PDF’s have been created. To view the statement log, follow the steps below.

      1.      Click on the Statements Log icon for the accounting period you have just closed.


      2.      Scroll to the top of the Statement Log window and select the Advanced Account Log tab.

      3.      This tab provides all the information for each account and their statement status. If an account is missing the PDF, the Missing PDF column will have a check box and the account Name will be red.

a.      If there are missing PDF’s, the REGENERATE MISSING STATEMENTS button will be blue, and you can select it to generate the missing statements. Once this is finished, you can verify all PDF’s are present then email and/or print statements.

b.      If there are no missing PDF’s, then you can proceed with sending statement emails and/or printing the statements
