Work Ticket Override for Workflows
VisualDLP can be setup to print a custom work ticket based on the workflow present in the order. To do this, you must first create a new workticket and save it for your business unit in the Report Designer module. Then, in the workflow editor, select the workflow you want to attach a custom work ticket to and specify that it has a Work Ticket override. Then select the override.
When an order is entered that uses that workflow, the custom work ticket associated with the workflow will be printed.
