Our latest in our growing list of integrations, GreyFinch is a Practice Management software that has come onto the scene.
It is among our most extensive integrations, writing notes back to the Tx card and showing a clear visual of if the Patient is linked between GreyFinch and EasyRx.
It is very quick to get this integration connected; you just have to login to GreyFinch, go to Settings>Connect>Apps and then the EasyRx option should be there for you to enter your EasyRx email and password.

As shown below, this integration will give you a tab on the bottom lefthand side of your Dashboard once connected, and this will give you a view into your GreyFinch Patient library, with the ability to update/check for Patients that were just entered into your GreyFinch database:
3/5 Visual if a Pt has a Tx in GreyFinch, how to Create Tx in GreyFinch and sync
You can easily see if a Patient has a Treatment in GreyFinch by looking at the icon to the right of the Rx ID when viewing a case in EasyRx.
A green icon will mean that the Patient has a Treatment and is connected, and a grey icon means that it still needs to have a Treatment created in GreyFinch. This is a quick process and is shown below this image.
It only requires these two clicks, and then should display like this:
This should make that GreyFinch icon in the EasyRx prescription green, letting you know that the Patient has a treatment and is connected
4/5 Creating Patients in EasyRx from within GreyFinch, syncing through Connect>Apps
To prevent double entry, if you are on a Patient in GreyFinch you can easily create that Patient in EasyRx. The first option on this Apps dropdown shows if there is already a Patient in EasyRx with that Pt ID.
This is how to easily sync across both platforms (updating any new connections without you manually having to do anything). This is back on that Settings>Connect>Apps menu.
5/5 Seeing unique GreyFinch Patient IDs
To see the Patient ID that was brought over from GreyFinch into EasyRx, that will be in this field in the Patient's EasyRx Profile, as well as next to the Patient name on the View Rx page. This also shows the green icon once a Patient has been synced.
