the bracket removal has been terrible recently. sometimes only half the bracket or its not happening at all. also, what happened to the chat guy? that was so helpful and now it doesn't work.

Changes posted to EasyRx in September
We posted a few changes and enhancements to EasyRx in September. We fixed an issue where Completed should be abbreviated with a D, not a C We fixed an issue where the Zip Code did not print on printed Rxs. When fixed an issue where tagged scripts submitted to an Invisalign Tracker Lab did not show under Tagged Scripts. Economy Restart
We are wonderfully excited and grateful to see practices and labs reopening. EasyRx activity has gone from essentially 0 to full speed in a couple of weeks; just today, submitted prescription volume reached pre COVID levels. The increase in activity is great to see. One dynamic of the restart is many users need a little help. Inbound support contacts and trainings are way up, at higher levels then pre COVID. Fortunately, we did not lay off any staff during the shutdown; our team is fully staffed.

EasyRx – uLab Systems Integration update
EasyRx – uLab Systems Integration update We posted changes last night to change the behavior on cases submitted to the uLab Systems lab account. Now, the practices can edit cases, and do the following: • Un-submit • Checkin • Undo CheckIn • Mark as Completed These are the same features available to cases submitted to the in-house lab. Also, cases submitted to uLab Systems now show on the Aligner Tracking Dashboard. We hope this improves the workflow of uLab cases. Let us know of questions. Thanks,

Daily Support and Training Call at 4PM EST
The EasyRx Support and Training Team get together daily at 4 PM EST to review open support issues and review the training schedule for the next day. This call is Monday - Thursday at 4 PM EST for 30 minutes. There is no call on Friday. Also, on Monday's at 4PMEST, we have a company conference call, we call the General Stand-Up, where the entire company joins the call to get together as a team. Issues with public facing website on Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge
We're having intermittent issues with our public-facing website, https://easyrxcloud.com/ loading on Microsoft Internet Explorer or Microsoft Edge. Sometimes the home page loads blank. We're working with our host provider to research. In the meantime, the public website loads fine on Safari, Chrome, and Firefox. Google Chrome impacting auto-complete in EasyRx
We’ve had more and more reports of auto-complete issues reported from the field. For example, the incorrect information entered on the external patient ID in patient information and on the iTero Case Order ID on the iTero integration. After research, we’ve realized the overwhelming majority of customers reporting the issue are running Google Chrome. Given that we set autocomplete on these fields and the overwhelming majority of the autofill’s are Chrome users, this led us to believe that this is

Invisable Retainer with Window?
I have a Doctors office that would like an Invisable Retainer with a hole on the lingual of the UL6 to allow the tooth to "Drift In" I was thinking I found a solution to notate this in the Appliance Library with the newly added " Motion Essix" but its not exactly what im looking for. Does anyone have a different name I can search under? Or any ideas how I can make a Template for this doctor weh they can denote windows on an Invisible retainer also where they cam move the hole/ window to any tooth

EasyRx releases support of dd/mm/yyyy date format
To properly support our increasing number of international customers, we've added support of international date format, dd/mm/yyyy. This is in additional to already supported mm/dd/yyyy format. This is available for both practices and labs. Attention Cloud 9 Customers
Great news for Cloud 9 customers. Cloud 9 version 5.2 SP1, which is now in beta, now supports launching EasyRx from Cloud 9 AND logging into EasyRx. This will really help simplify the workflow. If you are running 5.2 SP1, do this to enable the login: 1. Go to Edit --> Practice Information 2. In the new Window, choose "Third Party" tab and click on EasyRx Button 3. Direct to “Edit Rx” after save written check in?
Is there a way to go directly to “Edit Rx” after clicking “Check-in Prescription” during the Written check in process? Just wondering because I tend to go straight to “Edit Rx” anyway it would save me a few clicks when checking in a case. Maybe a second button that says “ Check-in and Edit RX”? Thanks
